Use this category for questions, ideas, and discussions about **io.Insights** , telemetry (metrics, traces, logs) and OpenTelemetry-based configuration and integrations for interop.io products.

## Scope (post here when…)

- You’re enabling/configuring **io.Insights** in **io.Connect Desktop or Browser**
- You’re working with **OTel collectors/backends** (Grafana/Prometheus/Datadog/etc.) via standard OpenTelemetry exports.
- You’re using or customizing **default metrics** (app/system/platform, Workspaces/Layouts timings).
- You have questions related to observaility and monitoring

## Keep product lines clear

- If your post is mainly about **Browser or Desktop APIs/UX** , use those categories. Use **io.Insights** only when the core is telemetry (enabling, exporting, metric definitions).
- Say **“io.Insights”** in the title/first line; mention **Desktop** / **Browser** only to describe where you enabled it.
