1. Use triple backticks for code (`js … `) or the code formatting button

2. Add product and libraries versions, error messages

3. Redact secrets, internal hostnames, user data.

4. Short screen capture beats a long paragraph.

5. If a file is sensitive, put it in the **customer‑only** area.
