## Question

Can you pin workspaces to the launchpad or is it just apps?

## Answer

The model for Extended Area is to define categories in the extensibility zone of the Launchpad, which contains arrays of items. Those items can currently be of two types - Application or Workspace. So yes, workspaces can be listed in categories displayed in the extensibility zone of the Launchpad, as well as applications.
