# io.Insights Session 1: Next Wednesday

Next week we’re kicking off the io.Insights series, and wanted to share a bit more about some practical use cases we’ll start with.

**Platform health**  
A trader says startup is taking minutes. How do you see whether this is an isolated problem or something affecting a particular office, application or group of desktops? And how can you set thresholds so support knows about it before the first ticket arrives?

**Troubleshooting**  
Crash reports are coming from several users. How do you get from “the workspace is slow” or “the app crashed” to application, operation or machine spec causing the problem?

**User behaviour**  
You launch a new screen/workspace, but is anyone actually using it? We’ll look at how usage data can help answer questions around application and feature adoption, including differences between teams or locations.

**Data for AI**  
Desktop activity can add another source of context for AI and analytics, for example when looking for repetitive workflows or steps that could potentially be automated. Of course it’s not just dumping tons of data into Opus, but using more affordable models can do valuable work or even things like Jev.
