io.Manager Command Center

The Command Center is part of the io.Manager Admin UI and provides a central place for administrators to run commands against active io.Connect sessions.

An example is restarting a session that has become unresponsive. Instead of asking the user to restart the platform themselves or connecting to their machine through RDP, an administrator can select the session, choose the appropriate command, and view the result from the same screen.

Each submitted command is also stored as a separate database record. This includes information such as who sent the command, which session received it, the command type and parameters, and the returned result. These records can be associated with users, sessions, and audit data, making it possible to review who performed an administrative action and what happened afterward.
