Unresponsive app

From time to time (rarely) we notice unresponsive apps on user’s desktop and need to restart. Logs show only application is unresponsive and it’s not possible to reproduce it with certain factors.

To be able to tell you what is going on, we need to examine the logs in detail, and a public forum is not a good place for that :slight_smile:

Please use https://support.interop.io to open a support ticket and provide the necessary information there. For convenience there is a form for a bug report that you could use, but generally we would always ask you for the following information in such cases:

  1. Your product version
  2. Environment
  3. Description of the problem - what happens vs what is expected to happen.
  4. Reproduction steps if available - you already mentioned that you cannot reproduce it intentionally, but I add the question in this list, because it is an important one.
  5. All log files from your %LocalAppData%\interop.io\io.Connect Desktop\UserData\logs folder
  6. Date and time of the issue so we can match the corresponding period in the logs
