Is there a way to make apps impossible to drop into a Workspace. I’ve disabled adding it through the + button, but still can be opened as window and added manually.

Do you want to disable dragging an app to workspaces at all or just into a particular workspace?
If you’d like to disable an app to be dragged into any workspace, use "allowWorkspaceDrop": falsein the top level of the application definition.

You can also make a workspace not accept apps to be dragged to it by setting allowDrop to false under "config" in the workspace layout definition file (e.g. customer-workspace.json):
