Help learning io.Connect

We are thinking about creating some learning resources to help developers use the interop.io platforms better. We’re thinking about creating some short foundational video tutorials, but wonder if these are still relevant in 2026 and beyond. What is everyone’s thoughts on these?
Would videos be worth creating or there’s something more useful we should invest in? Maybe a chatbot tutor, summarized docs, examples on GitHub, skills/more extensive docs specific for AI, office hours sessions?
How do you approach learning a new plaftorm or lib today, and what would you do if you had to start with io.Connect if you were a beginner today?

Hi Toni

I think the video tutorials are useful if they are focused on a specific topic (for example: How to integrate interop with Bloomberg functions ?). Obviously the videos have to be maintained to remain current, like any other documentation

Thank you

Thanks for the feedback, Anil!

Initially, we were thinking about covering basics like “how to use channels” or “how to trigger apps with intents”. Do you think this will be helpful or too basic?

Reg. BBG we have some short demos, but I guess you meant how to make those work, not just show the functionality?

Hello Toni

Yes basics are also very useful, but the format has to be small, focused topics. This format makes it very easy to obtain targeted help
