I’m Toni and joined interop.io on April 1 
I’m super excited to start the community platform, since all the people I spoke with said they’d like to have a place where we provide more learning resources and best practices.
Lately I’m spending a lot of time trying different AI tools and workflows with mixed results, often spending more time than I save. I’m interested in topics like RAG, AI testing and evaluation, browser automation.

I’m based out of Virginia but originally from Texas 
I’ve been enjoying the Women’s Rugby World Cup the past couple of weeks (aired on Paramount Plus, a huge step for the sport).
One best practice I can mention, is to always let your CSM know what your upgrade and deployment plans are for the year. They can help you decide which versions of our product to take and make sure you’re high on list to receive your product version installer (io.Connect Desktop).

Hi! I’m Maribeth, Customer Success Manager at interop.io. I spend a lot of my time working with clients to make sure they get the most out of our products, and I’m especially interested in how interoperability shapes real workflows.
On the personal side, I just moved to Ireland with my family, so when I’m not working, I’m exploring castles and coastlines with my husband and two young boys. I’m excited to be here and to learn from this community!
